Do you have equipment, bored with your current routine, or just can't put together a program you like? Let us do the work for you! All communication is done
via email. You tell us your goals, the equipment you have access to, how much time you can commit to exercise
on a daily/weekly basis, etc. and we do the rest. We will devise an exercise program for you that will be sent via email. Contact us for further info
