Boot Camp in Michigan

We offer an Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp at local parks and a Beginner Boot Camp at our studio. These workouts have attracted individuals looking to get in shape a fun and unique way without being bored and always stuck inside the gym!!

Sign up with a friend for motivation or make new friends at boot camp. Couples are welcomed and encouraged.

Outdoor Fitness Boot CampThis total body workout is guaranteed to make you sweat and have fun at the same time. Program will focus on strengthening the body, toning muscles, building endurance, and conditioning the heart. Great for brides-to-be, guys trying to banish "beer" bellies, athletes, post-pregnancy moms, and YOU!! Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We will be exercising outside RAIN OR SHINE!

Beginner Boot Camp Does Boot Camp sound interesting and fun yet intimidating and frightening? Don’t let the name scare you! Held at our private, non-intimidating studio, Beginner Boot Camp is a total body workout geared to make exercising fun and to help get you into shape without the fear!


Bums & Tums (Lower Body Workout)

Get ready for a workout that will burn your "bums" and tone your "tums". You will be working your lower body and strengthening your abs to a shapely you. In this non-stop class you will perform various squats, lunges, and crunches using stability balls, gliding discs, and more.


Circuit Crazy - Group Strength & Cardio

Tired of the same old routine at the gym? Can't seem to lose those last few pounds?

Consider challenging your body with an exercise program that is effective and fun. Circuit Crazy is a co-ed class designed for all fitness levels. Program includes weight lifting, cardio, core conditioning, balance, and lots more.

Fit Ball Workout

Put an exciting spin on your workout routine on the Stability Ball. Strengthen your muscles & improve your balance and coordination! Total body workout, low impact muscle strengthening body challenge. Good for all body types and skill levels with a variety of routines.


Gliding

Give Gliding™ Discs a try! You will Glide into shape as you tighten and tone your thighs, arms, abs, and butt!!


Kickboxing in White Lake, Michigan

Punch and kick your body into shape.

Through our unique freestyle form of fitness kickboxing, you will tone your muscles, build a stronger foundational core, and improve your heart health. This is a great class to relieve some stress!

The class will consist of a warm up, punches, kicks, combinations of punches and kicks, and partner drills (with no body contact). Classes vary in intensity and exercises each week.

Please note that this class is being taught for fitness purposes only. Our Kickboxing class is not intended to prepare anyone for competition or self-defense.


Pilates

A series of floor exercises based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Focus is on strength and flexibility with special attention to core stability. The exercises help to improve posture, relieve tension and create a longer and leaner appearance. The result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.


Pilates & Conditioning

Body slimming exercises geared for all ages and fitness levels. Trim, shape and tone from head to toe. Designed to encourage circulation, strengthen your core, increase flexibility, improve posture, flatten abs and helps reduce stress.


Sculpt & Tone

Instructor's Choice. This class will be sure to challenge any fitness level. A total body workout using weights, tubing, weighted balls, steps, discs, and much, much more. No class will ever be the same!!


Xtreme Cardio - Outdoors at Parks (30 Minute Power workout)

Get into the Xtreme Fat Burning zone with Xtreme Cardio. Classes will vary with running, jump roping, and other forms of Cardio. Advanced class.


Xtreme Cardio & Abs (at Studio)

Get into the Xtreme Fat Burning zone with Xtreme Cardio. Participants will engage in various cardio activities including jump roping, cardio machines, steps, etc. Class will end with a power abdominal workout.


Yoga Flow

Yoga provides many health benefits: Helps to relieve stress and lower blood pressure, Reduces low back pain and sciatica, Improves balance, Strengthens muscles, Improves posture, Relaxes the mind, Inreases flexibility, and much, much more...

Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced before, there will be appropriate enhancements or modifications for all fitness levels.

Please bring your own sticky mat or conveniently purchase one from TPOP Fitness.


Zumba

Dance away the pounds like Dancing with the Stars!!

This exciting new class is designed for any age & any fitness level. Dance to Latin music and burn 500-700 calories while having a fun time. You won’t even know you’re exercising and you don't have to be a dancer to enjoy this class.
