Personal Training - Individual, Buddy, or Group Strength Training Available Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, strengthen your lower back, or just maintain your current health, TPOP Fitness can create individualized exercise prescriptions to meet your goals.
Why should you participate in such a program?
Individual Personal Training. Scheduled one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer. You get personal attention for one hour focusing on your healthy goals. Buddy System Training. You and a Buddy schedule to train with a Certified Personal Trainer. You both have individual goals that your trainer will focus on with you. Group Strength Training. We organize a group of 3 individuals to train with a Certified Personal Trainer for a 6 week commitment. Groups are scheduled as we get requests to form a new group. We take your contact info and days/times of interest and then we find others that can train at the same time and form a group!!
